TOS

Pricing

To secure your spot, you must pay 50% upfront and the payment must be confirmed. I will then send a sketch confirming that everything looks alright before I require the second half of the payment.
I only accept payment via Cashapp or paypal, which i will give you once contacted and you have your estimate.
Tips are OPTIonal but extremly appreciated.

revisions

I will only accept two major revisions. These revisions are only allowed during the sketching phase or once i have basic colors down (Which the revision would be to the colors, nothing else).once I start the rendering process I will not change anything else that is major.If i have forgotten something or a detail on the character and I have not fixed it by the rendering process, I hold myself fully accountable and I will change it. (this is only applicable if the missed detail is in the original references given.

Process

During the start you are required to send in your reference images. If you have no images and instead have text, please include at least 2 paragraphs (10 sentences) and some images of details (images found on pintrest of their hairstyle or face etc.)
I promise to keep you updated on each step (Sketching, coloring, rendering, final lighting) and you are allowed to ask for an update on the piece at any time.

Usage

All pieces are under personal use only unless you discuss with my otherwise and paid for commercial use.
You are NEVER allowed to trace any of my artwork, claim it to be your own, or use it for AI training.
You may post the artwork with proper credit.

Refunds

Once payment (half or full) have gone through, there is no refunds so please understand what you are doing. If i do not finish or decide I can not go through with the artwork a partial refund will be in order.
